Pre-Order Shipping
include the Waldoe Knit Long Sleeve,
your items will be shipped together in one delivery.
Shipping will start from November 15, 2025 onwards.
(If the item arrives earlier, we’ll make sure to ship it to you right away 💨)
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Orders (within Thailand): 4-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-14 business days
Shipping Process
- Order Placed: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Shipment Processing: We process and package your order within 1-2 business days.
- Order Shipped to Distribution Center: Your package will be shipped to our distribution center in Thailand.
- Arrival in Your Country: For international orders, your package will arrive in your country’s customs office.
- Delivery Completed: Your package will be delivered to your specified address.
Shipping Notification and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking link to help you monitor the delivery of your package. If you do not receive the tracking link within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us so that we can assist you. Please note that the tracking link will become active once the local shipping company receives the parcel.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and their destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping and Customs
KODANGS offers shipping services both within Thailand and internationally. We strive to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your packages. However, shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance policies in certain countries. Customers may need to contact their local customs office directly in some instances to receive their items. For additional information, please reach out to your local customs office.
Note: While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs delays, or other logistical issues may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, KODANGS will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed and assist you in tracking your package.
Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. KODANGS is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed on your package, nor can we expedite or influence the customs clearance process.
Order Cancellation and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order or shipping address, please contact us via email or Instagram inbox before it ships. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to make changes.
Returns and Exchanges
- No Returns for Personal Preferences: KODANGS does not accept returns based on personal preferences regarding color, model, or design.
- Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size variations with an additional shipping fee. The product must remain unused and have the original tag intact.
- Exchanges for Damaged Products: We provide exchanges for products that are damaged or defective without any extra cost. Please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the products to request an exchange.
