Can I exchange my order?

Please choose your products carefully, as KODANGS cannot accept returns based on personal preferences regarding color, model, or design.

It is possible to exchange the size of the products you have purchased. However, please note that the product must remain unused, and the tag should remain on. Additionally, there will be an extra shipping fee, which will be calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination.

If any of the products you receive are damaged or defective, you can exchange them at no extra cost.

Please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the products to request an exchange.

How long does it take to process exchanges?

Exchanged orders will take approximately the same amount of time as the original order to be delivered. If you are an international customer, it may take around 7-14 days for the exchanged order to reach you.

How can I request a refund?

KODANGs do not offer a refund service, but we do offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
